Shipping & Delivery
Once an order is received, please allow 24-48 hours processing and handling time. Our cut-off time is 2pm PST, orders received before the cut-off time can count the day of purchase as Day 1 for handling time.You will receive an automated shipment tracking number for all UPS and FedEx shipments. Note: UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO address.

Shipping duration will start after the 24-48 hours processing and handling time.

We ship from our headquarters in Culver City, California. Shipping transit times will vary depending on the recipient’s location and the method of shipping selected during checkout. Standard ground shipping will take anywhere from 1-2 days (usually within California) to 5-7 days (for East Coast locations). As soon as we print out your shipping label, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Economy & Express Service: 2-3 Business Days 
2-Day Service: 2 Business Days 
Overnight Service: Next Business Day if placed by 2:00pm


We ship to all 50 states including US territories and APO/FPO addresses.

If you need to ship to a PO Box, APO, FPO, DPO or address, USPS is the only option available. USPS is also a cheaper shipping method to use for International orders. Please contact us at if you have any questions.

International Shipping

International shipments are subjected to import taxes and/or customs fees which are a responsibility of the customer. The shipping and handling fee applied at checkout does NOT cover any duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package is delivered. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged to you.

International Shipping Options:

FedEx International Priority:

Delivery usually takes 1-7 business days under normal circumstances, depending on the country. You can track your package using the FedEx Website.

USPS First-Class Mail International:

You can select this only if the sub-total (the amount of just the items) is under $30 USD. Delivery varies greatly depending on the country. This is the cheapest way to send an international package but there is no tracking ability. Allow up to 6 weeks for delivery in extreme cases.

USPS Express Mail International:

Delivery usually takes anywhere from 5-10 business days under normal circumstances, depending on the country. You can track your package using the USPS Website. The tracking provided by the USPS is limited and does not show estimate time of delivery.

Returns & Replacements

90-Day Replacement Warranty

All products purchased through carry a 90-days replacement warranty which starts at the date of purchase. Any defective items warrant a replacement of the same item from us, and we will ship the replacement part to you at no cost. Our standard warranty covers the purchased component and does not include shipping, loss of use, loss of data, or any other incidental losses. Warranty is limited to component failure. If a working item is returned, it is subject to our standard restocking fee. If you believe you have received a defective part, please test it thoroughly before contacting us for an RMA number. If you want us to ship an advanced replacement, you must place another order online and we will issue a refund once we receive the defective item.

Defective items are classified as parts that do not work or function, not as a result of user error. User error includes damage from dropping the item, spilling liquid onto the item, incorrect installation, or other alterations as a result of user (mis)handling.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are not responsible for any damage to your computer or loss of data due to improper installation or any circumstances. Please consult/read repair guidelines or consult professional repair services.


Mac Parts Online will accept returns 15 days upon receipt of the item(s) purchased. All returns must obtain an RMA number. Arrangements for a return must be made within 15 days of the date the item is shipped. All returned items that are not defective will incur a 25% restocking fee and the shipping fee is non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you double check/make sure you purchase the right parts (include serial numbers) to avoid returns.

Special orders cannot be returned but still covered with our 3 months warranty. If you return a new item that has been opened and is not defective, we will use the price of an equivalent used item to determine the refund amount plus the 25% restocking fee. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number before sending anything to us. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. All packages received without an RMA number may not qualify for any refund.

When returning an item, please pack the item(s) in such a way that it is secure during transit. If possible, pack it the same way as you received it to avoid damages during shipping. Mac Parts is not liable for damages that result from poor packing and/or during transit. We recommend using a carrier that has insurance.
